Connct the city with rhe Sewoon 도심 내 증가하는 공실 문제에 대응하여, 본 프로젝트는 세운상가 인접 노후 건물을 리모델링하고, 유연한 모듈 시스템을 도입함으로써 젊은 세대의 유입과 커뮤니티 형성을 유도한다. 저층부 상업 공간, 중간층 오피스 및 보행 연결 브리지, 고층부 공방이 수직 코어를 중심으로 통합되며, 다양한 세대와 기능이 교차하는 입체적 도시 구조를 제안한다. In response to increasing urban vacancies, this project renovates an aging building adjacent to SEWOON SANGA and introduces a flexible modular system to attract younger generations and foster community. Retail on the lower floors, offices and a connecting bridge at mid-level, and workshops above are vertically integrated, forming a layered urban structure where diverse users and functions intersect.
