RC 건물은 파사드를 뜯어낸 후 옥상 정원으로 사용한다. 특히 최상층에는 난간을 제외하고 아무 요소도 추가하지 않아 사방으로 시야가 뚫려 있어 전망대의 기능을 한다. For RC Buildings, facades were removed and repurposed as rooftop garden. Top floor has no additional elements except for the railings, so it obtains panoramic view and can be used as observatory.
