Site Reserch The characteristic of Songhyeon-dong is that it is an area where tradition and modernity coexist. In the north, there are facilities that display old things or facilities that continue the tradition by using bricks and granite for exterior materials. In the south, a commercial facility represented by the Twin Tree Tower is located.

Adaptive Reuse I wanted the appearance of the existing building to be revealed, so the measurement department only built up to the third floor so that the shape of the existing building was revealed from the fourth floor.
