The last Task of the semester is the development of the Social Condenser. Students are expected to evolve their initial concepts into an architectural proposal by taking into account: A. The relationship of the building with the context and the team’s Urban Strategies. B. The collective programs of the building, focusing on the spatial opportunities afforded by the interactions between the two different uses in each project. C. The feedback from the Midterm Review. D. The tectonic and structural investigations. The final deliverable for this task is a comprehensive drawing set that fully translates initial concepts into an architectural resolution.
